Visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

From the Parent Portal:

• Select the student you wish to register along the top
• Select the Student Registration Icon on the left side for 2024-2025.
• Agree to the terms and conditions
• Select Begin Forms
   

All returning Ozark students entering grade 5 (middle school) and grade 9 (high school) are now required to provide updated Proof of Residency as part of the annual enrollment process.

This new step helps ensure accurate school placements and strengthens our communication with families during key school transitions. Proof of Residency is already part of the process for new and incoming kindergarten students.

Proof of residency documents include a utility bill, rental agreement, or real estate contract. These documents can easily be uploaded into PowerSchool during registration, or you can bring a copy into the school office.

No, but some questions are marked "Required" and must be answered before you can submit your form.
 

Yes you will need to provide information that is specific to each child.  We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another. This will allow you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.

PowerSchool is a Student Information System (SIS) that helps us effectively communicate with parents and other educators in the district.

For the 2023-24 school year, Ozark Schools changed from Tyler SIS to PowerSchool, and all student information has been moved to PowerSchool.

PowerSchool is widely used across the country, and we believe it will serve our families, students and school district well.

The PowerSchool Portal gives parents/guardians access to grades, attendance, and other vital information for all your student(s) currently at Ozark Schools. 

You must have a PowerSchool Portal account to register for school and complete many of our forms in the future.

Please contact your child’s school office or powerschoolhelp@ozarktigers.org to receive your username and temporary password. You will need to provide an email to have PowerSchool portal access.

Note: PowerSchool Portal configuration is not available on mobile devices. Computers are available for parents at the school office. 

The District Code for the PowerSchool Parent Portal app is GCXJ.

New student forms can be accessed here.

• Legal proof of student name and DOB - birth certificate, visa, passport will all work
• Immunizations
• Proof of residency - utilities bill or lease/purchase agreement will work. This is the one item that can delay enrollment being finalized. 

The required online registration forms are now available under New Student Registration. This includes registration for ALL incoming kindergarten students.

Please note that the enrollment site is NOT tied to your PowerSchool parent portal account. The PowerSchool parent portal will be a new site with new and different login credentials. 

Note: Even if your student attended preschool at Tiger Paw, please fill out the New Student Registration form. 

New students all incoming kindergarten students will also need to provide:
